SUNS vs JAZZ

Last night we went with our good friends Chris and Jill to the Suns vs Jazz game. It was a lot of fun and we had a good rivalry going too. Chris and Jill are Jazz fans and since Coby and I both worked for the Suns, we are huge Suns fans. It was a really close game, sad to say the Jazz won, but we still had a blast. Coby had a really hard time not running on to the court and doing dunks with the Adio Sol Patrol, but he got to go down and stand in the tunnel for a little before the game and see everyone. (I was really jealous, I miss working there so much) Although with his connections, we got free wrist bands, hats, mini basketballs, and food. It was great!

Here's a funny story, the Suns were doing a promotion for Subway and people come and throw sub sandwiches to fans that scream the loudest. Well Coby stands up on his chair, waves his arms and starts yelling. So, of course he gets the sub. As soon as the girl that threw it left. He stands up, turns around and yells to the crowd, "Who wants a sandwich" and he threw it to a guy. I guess he still has the crowd entertainer in him (I don't think it will ever go away).

Win or lose, we had such a fun night at the game. Can't wait to do it again.

OUR ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!

Sunday March, 2 was our 1st anniversary. Coby surprised me with a trip to the Grand Canyon! I have always begged him to go hiking with me and we never have, so he went for the ultimate hike. Friday night we drove up to our hotel a little ways from the Grand Canyon. Saturday we walked all around. It was gorgeous, and HUGE!!! We both have never been to the Grand Canyon so it was pretty neat to go see.






This was Coby's interpretation of this sign that was saying not to hike all the way to the bottom and down the canyon in one day because hiker's can get too exhausted. No kidding.... it is a LONG way down!

We stayed at the canyon until a little past sunset. It was really windy which made it pretty cold. It was such a fun weekend getaway, and so nice to be away from all the stresses at home. I can't believe it has already been a year!!! It is crazy how fast time flies, but at the same time looking back we have done so much in that year. We are excited we get to do so many more things together for many years to come. I Love you Coby!!!
