I found THIS site on my friends blog.... and I LOVE IT!!! You go on, sign up, and get delicious fresh produce, meat, cheeses, oats, and breads. It has ways to store foods to make them last longer, ways you can try your new food. It's great! First make sure and put your email in so you can get emails of when the next delivery is. Then you purchase whatever you'd like and pick a pick-up location. There are so many; mine was a mile away from my home. Then you just go and pick it up on a Saturday morning!!! LOOK AT ALL THE STUFF I GOT FOR $19!!!!
You don't really know what you're going to get; it depends on what is available at the time. Surprises are good though. I purchased a PRODUCE BASKET and a loaf of ARTISAN BREAD. YUM! The produce basket was $17 the first time you buy one, every time after that it is only $15!!!! And the loaf of bread was just $2!
Now my problem is that my refridgerator is small. The broccoli doesn't even fit in the drawer, that's how big the broccoli is!
I've never cooked with a few of the items I got so I'll have to try something new. I've never cooked with artichokes! Very excited to try my new produce!
