At my last appointment (2 days after this picture), they moved my due date up a week.  It was originally on the 23rd according to cycle dates, but was pushed to the 30th because of baby size.  Well now baby size has definitely caught up.  They aren't exactly sure on dates since the month before IVF failed and it can throw things off a bit.  I'm sticking with the 30th and maybe I'll deliver "early"... or on time... who knows.
