SO YOU'RE SAYING A BUNNY BROUGHT ME THIS?!?!?!
Aunt Heather gave me a peep.  (One lick and he was done.  He's not much for people food.)

Christmas Morning

Christmas morning was also different.  My parent's house is being remodeled and is kind of torn apart, so my parents and Tiffany came to our house for breakfast and gifts.  It was strange having people over, but kind of fun.  As the hosts we made one rule... everyone had to come in their pajamas (like it usually is).  Guess who wore their pjs???  Coby, Beckham, and me.  (party poopers)

Christmas was pretty short and simple.  Not a lot of gifts and we mostly just hung out, but it was nice that way.  Strange that one year ago we had just found out I was pregnant and now we have this fun little boy that makes holidays way more fun.  It's been quite the year.

It was a great Christmas minus the fact that Heather and her family were still in Utah.  Missed you guys!
I LOVE our little tree we cut down.

Notice his little bum flap on his pj's.  -- He maybe wore them for 30 minutes before they were COVERED in spit up.  Oh well, he prefers no clothes anyway.  Merry Christmas B.

Christmas Eve

Christmas was a little different this year.  Usually we get together with the Barratt's and my grandparent's on Christmas Eve, but all the Barratt's were sick so we went to my grandparent's.  It was quiet and simple, but was pretty nice to just visit, eat, and watch the Tabernacle choir.

One of my favorites from the night.  He loved those colored lights.

bow tie from Uptown Boys

This is big... my dad asked to watch B while we had desert.  My dad usually doesn't hold little babies very long, but now that
Beckham interacts more he asks to hold him.  It's pretty cute.

Blessing Beckham Coby

Beckham Coby was given a name and a blessing today by his dad.  It was such a neat/surreal experience to have your own child get a blessing.  I'm so grateful that we are sealed together and are an eternal family.  I had a lot of family in town for my Grandpa's 88th birthday 2 days before too.  We are so grateful for all those who came and helped bless our little Beckham boy.  He did great and didn't make a peep (his favorite way to be calmed is to be held out and bounced... perfect).  I'm very grateful for a worthy husband who could bless our little boy.  Coby did a great job.

California 2012!!!

A couple weeks ago we had our annual family trip to Newport.  We look forward to this ALL year.  Once it's over, you start the countdown until next year.  Luckily my Dr had no problem at all with me going with a month left until my due date.  After the drive though, I did have contractions the whole first night we were there, but that was it for the rest of the week.
We met up with some of the Alexander family (my dad's brother and his fam) every day at the beach and had so much fun seeing everyone.  We were beach bums, rode the ferry, ferris wheel, ate Balboa Bars, just relaxed... all our favorite things to do on this trip.
I think my favorite part was the weather.  It was such a nice break from the humid 112 heat we had been having in AZ.  The 75 degree, overcast mornings, cool nights were just what I needed.  It was so much fun, and we are so bummed it's over.  I may have had a tiny melt down in the car on the way home that this was our last vacation with just the two of us.  Plus the fact that we were distracted counting down until the vacation, having a baby was now the next thing on our list and it made it a little more real... and scary.   I hate saying bye to everyone too.

Here are LOTS of pictures from our week!!!
This is how you enjoy your spaghetti!

Laying in the hole Coby dug me.  (surprisingly... not that comfy though)

The whole group at Balboa for bars and bananas

Poor Coby wasn't able to do everything he usually gets to.  He got his sling off the day we left for the trip, but still couldn't get out there like usual and it was killing him.  I obviously couldn't do a whole lot either being 36 wks pregnant.

Coby and I took our "cowboy golf" game for some fun.  Everyone was really good at it!

36 wks!

More Balboa fun at the ferris wheel

After his brother did it, my dad got his legs trimmed.
Alexander's are know for some hairy legs and arms.  So this was a funny joke after all these years.
